IMMC Annual Sessions 2019

“PRACTICING OUR HOPE”

The Missional Leadership Team warmly welcomes you to Michigan for Annual Sessions 2019!

This year from June 13 through 15, we will gather in the natural setting of Amigo Centre for worship, celebration, renewal and resourcing to strengthen us in our ministry.

This will be a time away to engage in our spiritual practices around Romans 12 and 1 Peter 3:15 and be encouraged through nature, workshops, and seminars from our denominational agencies and conference organizations. We will also have the opportunity to hear from Glen Guyton, the new Executive Director of Mennonite Church USA.

We encourage you to bring your families. The staff at Amigo has set up a number of activities for children of all ages!

We pray that each of you will come to bend more toward Christ and to share the hope that is within you. (1 Peter 3:15)

• Registration includes the cost of meals, however lodging is charged separately

• Early-bird registration is $100 (ends May 1st); after May 1st, cost is $130; after June 7, you may only register on-site for $140.

• Children are free (18 and under)

• Non-delegate spouses are 50% off

• Tickets are refundable up to June 12, 2019 if cancelled.

IMPORTANT LODGING INFORMATION-cost per person

• Retreat Center-FULL

• West Shore Lodge-$30 (4 rooms per level; each room sleeps 4 with 2 shared bathrooms; residents will need to bring towels), rooms are assigned according to gender.

• RV/Camp Sites-Electrical Spot- $50 (sites available at Amigo Park across the lake)

• Tent Sites-$30 (sites available at Amigo Park across the lake)

• Commuter Rates: $9.00

Be sure to take a look at the seminar descriptions (found here) before you decide which one you prefer to attend. Please note that you will be free to change your mind; we just need to get an idea of how many might be attending in order to determine the size of the meeting space.
